Squat/bench/deadlift = high top Chuck Taylor's with the super thin soles - insterts removed.

I use a moderate squat, arched bench and conventional deadlift.

Oly lifts I use my Do-wins
 
just flat bottom, black, slip on style shoes...cant wear anything else...anywhere...
 
Chuck Tailors for me..

I did buy a pair of Asics wrestling shoes though, I also am trying to find a pair of Otomix :)

Bench i usually dont wear shoes, but i bench better when i do wear the chucks.

Im loving these^^^
I have worked out barefoot since starting at PTC.
Crossfit, I use a cross style cheap slazenger shoe that I bought when I broke the side bone and small toe of my foot, had a broad toe area.

Adidas Powerperfect II's for squats and bench.
Adidas Samba Originals for deadlifts and all other strength training.
Oakley SI Assualt combat boots for strongman training.

Sqauts, I have a an olympic type stance.
Bench, I have an arched back.
Deadlift, I use a very narrow stanced conventional.
 
They are that soooo good for what i paid for them, and ridiculously light/solid.

Just dont plan on walking far in them, haha.
