Flat Bench

Funny, cause when I bench I get a pump in my pecs and when I dip I get a pump in my triceps.
But from your explaination I guess that explains why you have a crap bench.

For me I feel that I hit my chest a lot harder with BB than with DB. It could be my form tho. One thing that I like about BB is that my gum has 0.5kg plates, so it's easy to keep adding weight with 1kg increments. Unlike DB where the increment are 4kg.

Since I'm doing a bastardised version of westside, I'm doing BB for 5 reps and on volume day I'm doing DB for 10 reps. I also do weighted dips and pullovers. My only issue with weighted dips is my wrist, I had it severely broken few times and as a result I have to strap the hell out of it to keep pain at bay.

My question had nothing to do with muscle building. I just wanna get stronger that why it was posted in the strength section.

My best muscle gains come from just focusing on strength anyway.
