The supp store recommends PCT if using for longer than 6 weeks

Slowly over-time, Ostarine can cause testosterone to shut down. It is so far thought on shorter cycles up to 4 weeks that a PCT would not be necessary, but cycles 6+ weeks in excess should be followed by a natural testosterone booster or PCT product, such as Pure Labs Testaflex.

Is it necessary? Any recommendations for what to use if so?

OTC or are you talking serm?
The UK is generally even better than the states, can still get decent PH's there.
There's a few good shops around but Strong is up there...
