would love to mate, but I'm only on the ground for 24hrs and in that time the only thing I'll be lifting is glasses of cool ale and my feet to the beats of Carl Cox.

I am happy to report that another 3 lifters joined CAPO this morning, Poite, Monica and Helen

Poite trained at PTC on Friday night. Big strong boy, he is Big Unit on here.

Benches close to 140kg, its his first comp.

Weigh in on Saturday morning at PTC from 11.00am till 1.00pm

Weigh in again on Sunday morning from early for those that cant make the 24hour weigh in

Lifting starts at 11.00am Sunday

Entry to watch is free.

Some highlights will be Wayne and Adrian both benching 220-240kg raw, George having a crack at 300kg equipped.

Dave Park will also be there watching, hopefully competing one day.

Shaun Howlett will also be competing.

If you want to see some very strong boys lift some very heavy weights, come to Frankston on Sunday.

Pretty sure george got a 300 to his chest a few months back in training.
Brining it all together on the day will be the challenge.
Top bloke, and a pleasure to chat with.

Max wont be competing.

George is from WA

More new CAPO members

Will and Dan will be competing.

I think I'll have over 25 lifters, I wont know until the day

Steve Pritchard is sending over some suits, so if anyone needs a soft suit, I'll have around 6 on the day

Sean Bostock just contacted me, he will be competing in a single ply shirt only.

His best in multi ply is 335kg.

As far as I know, Steve Pritchard has the record in Oz for single ply with 300kg

Will be interesting to see if he can break that

There could be 5 lifters over 200kg on the bench on Sunday

Would be 7 if Gawain and Gregg lifted

Yes I do Kelly.

Chocolate, Vanilla, Cafe Mocha and Banana, Total Science is a sponsor, along with Ironedge

Thanks for organizing the link for the live feed Sean

Bro-stock has hit 300 in training in single ply without breaking a sweat. He is easily good for 700lbs. He is probably wearing my bench shirt as well, LOL.
