Butt to floor squats

As in ASL? haha

I am 174cm, 78kg, 12% BF, 27 years young. ;-)

Is that what you mean, or are you talking about lifting stats?
 
If this is the wrong place for this or if it is to far off topic, my appologies to mods.

For the main 5-

Bench Press - 110kg x 6
Squat - 110kg x 10 (ATG, I am just bringing this up again after improving my form)
Deadlift - 140kg x 6 (I need straps for any more weight, my grip sufferes after this)
Bent Over Row - 80kg x 10 (Should really step this up)
Military Pres - 65kg x 6 (I am weak at this)

I never do 1RM, I would like to but fear an injury when trying to push it. I like to be able to really handle a weight with good form before jumping up in weight.

I wouldn't update a diary enough and it would just end up being shit I reckon. At the moment I hit the gym 5 sessions a week and do a different body parts once a week. I don't think I would have the time and I don't come to Ausbb much.

I am going to try and get to this forum more now though, it seems to have grown a bit over the last few months.
