I am assuming this comment is directed to myself. I am just going to add that this is not for me. I don't need a restrictive diet. I am already on one. XD
I don't fear food... unless you include ketchup because that stuff is gross. I am most certainly not anorexic. I don't think I can go without eating for 3 hours let alone starving myself. Besides how would I be able to progress in things like my dead lift?

Yep, much research was on the ratios and manufactures use it to sell more product. The original glazed Krispy Kreme donuts are a perfect 50:50 split between fat and sugar.
I think food addiction is real the combinations of; salt, fat and sugar make food taste and feel very good on the palate food manufacturers are well aware of this and have put this to good use.

I just want to say that is for someone real serious who is quite fat and out of condition, usually they got fat because of bad choices and poor parenting over many many years and gorging.
We all know moderation is key, the trick is finding it, and usually takes drastic measures to find it.
people will need to understand the to get in shape you first need to be in shape.
