Oh yeah. I've been shopping around for weighted vest for a while, as I wanted one for hiking. Settled on this with the recent Iron Tanks EOFY sale. Only goes up to 10kg, but should be enough for me.

Ok cool. The one I bought probably wouldn't suit for walking or running. It does move around when I'm chinning or dipping. I've tried lunges in it and the movement is distracting, especially with my back I'm worried about not being 100% focused on form and not continually readjusting myself and the vest.
Daughters 8th b'day on saturday, so had a blow out, eating pretty much everything. Cake, pies, sausage rolls, ice cream, fairy bread, whatever we had at the party, I consumed.

NIght off last night. Went to my old rugby clubs training to see the Argentinian side train, then off to trivia. We got hammered at trivia and no one took home a meat-tray from the raffle....

They were massive. The breakaways were bigger than our props. Looking fit and strong. That doesn't make you an international rugby player tho! Lol. They trained well.
