I missed mine yesterday so made up for it with 100 tonight
So thats 12/08/12 and 13/08/12

Standard pushups without pushup bars, about 60 sec between sets.

10x10 (in between smolov sets)

After watching some sweet youtube vids with those dudes doing all the crazy stuff on bars I'm going to have a go at doing pushups with the rear leg elevated. Looks pretty hard but I can still keep my healthy shoulder position.

Damn you guys with growing chests after 2 weeks of farkin' pushups! :p
