Anyone here avoid certain lifts because they just don't agree with your body.
 
This is a ripper talk on the on the huge separation between "sport" and "exercise"....never confuse them as the same concept. Arthur was a complete genius, way ahead of his time.
 
Narrow stance hack squats. Never had knee problems, but these destroyed them. Took months for my knees to get back to normal.
 
Another one for me is leg press. Just doesn't feel right, knees and hips feel all fucked. Maybe I'm just a spaz..
 
Reverse barbell curls. They seem to pinch a nerve in my forearm. Can't do them. It hurts. With the cables they feel fine though.
 
Squats. Most over rated exercise ever. [emoji12]

The snatch & deads just don't feel right since the back surgery. Plenty of other options out there anyway.

Strangely, slightly different shape bar meant I couldn't do preacher curls without mad wrist pain. Not a problem at my normal gym. Couldn't do em
