If music is representative of your workout, you must throw down some seriously insane lifts when Dillinger is playing :)

Love that band. By far the most intense live show on the planet! Saw them at The Espy a few years back and WOW, they tore the joint apart.

If you enjoy them, give Between the Buried and Me a crack.

HELL YES. Those sweeps into the tapped slides are freakin insane. Ridiculous playing. I am convinced that dudes like this just have something else that plebs like me will never attain regardless of how much practice I put in.
 
I tend to think if I was allowed to dwell in a home basement from age 9, being completely obsessed and just playing non-stop, I could eventually do what he does through sheer practice. Not picking it up naturally perhaps.

Ah the regrets of what life could've been :)
