Like I said in my thread, just quick update photos on my phone so I could get an idea. Really not happy so far but I'm down about 10kg so far so pretty happy with that I guess. Planning on another 5 - 10 kg by end of year and add more muscle.......my training has been SHITHOUSE since I quit the gym.
I've spent the last few days writing them up, and it's been great fun. I've gone through every single entrant's training log, Transform log, and anything they've posted about themselves in the last month or so to check their diets, training and influences/injuries.
So you know that whatever crap I spin, the odds (at least) will be well informed.
