Weighed in at 77.9 this morning for those playing at home... Thats up nearly 6kgs since the start of the year.
I'm getting a Dexa in July to measure my new muscle mass after 6 months of strength training and mildly bulking. Too early to cut yet and not sure if I want to do another PL comp after Nats this weekend. I'd only need to cut 4-6kgs of fat and that can be done in 8 weeks for me.
My top picks not in any order:
Sam Hei Hei, Canned Tuna, and I'm hoping xwifex comes in also.
