Every lift ought to be an "ego lift" whether maximal or not. If we don't use a barbell to make ourselves better, what's the point - pain and discomfort only? Post it up in vid or don't; look at it look at others looking at it then look at it again. If the internet ceased to exist tomorrow I'm pretty sure I will still be moving iron in the same manner as I was 30 years ago.

Been doing some calcs on the competition... If I stay at the same bw, I need around a 10% increase to get D1cko and 45% to get vonfram lol
