Thanks, Fadi. The bearded lady thing did deter me, but 'highly unlikely' sounds like a risk I'm willing to take in the interest of experimentation . I'll sit on the wait list for some of the red magic and see how it goes.
Very interesting. So is there no nolvadex equivilant for test? What if you were a woman and your test levels were too high, what would they give you?......

10 minutes 50 seconds.
I did my first 30 in about 1 min 30 secs, i was absolutely flying and then i hit the wall pretty hard, i reckon i could easily improve by 3-4 minutes on that. Setting the bar high mate!

If you ever say you knocked 3-4 minutes off I'm not sure I'll believe you, it would just be too impressive
with those 'rep' ranges...how did you come up with that? from experience...or reading or being told about a similar style?

100 burpees - 20, 15, 10, 5, 5, 10, 5, 10, 5, 5, 10 - 16:48, -2:09 compared to last time.
Haven't really done any intensive cardio since the last 100 burpees 3 weeks ago, just some low-medium work, so I was happy to finish the 100 burpees, even happier than I beat my previous time!
Felt a little easier. I could actually jump high all the way through, except the last few reps maybe.
It's my little strategy to get through 100 reps total, because I can't do 100 in a row, obviously.
Well done on the improvement Dance. Now bobo is only one second behind you!
