Ok, I have decided to do a January cut, for the following reasons.
I am going to check in and post my results.
I am currently 82kg and 12 - 13% bodyfat, (Jackson/pollock pinch test)
At this stage I am aiming for >2500 calories per day. with around 200g protein. (roughly).
I might eat even less, I just want to see how I go over a month, I expect to get down to 76-77kg, but who knows.
the purpose of this thread is for accountability.

- I want to be able to bulk from a low bodyfat percentage.
- It's summer, and I don't want to look too chubby.
- It has been a while since I have showed any discipline with my diet.
- because I need a challenge.
