I am 173cm and 70.3kg...

Yes, this all looks cool in a video.
This bloke is totally destroying one of the most effective body weight exercises available.....by having people see this and try to mimic.
In a recent study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology, Canadian researchers took 49 men who’d been weight training for the past two years. Already there are two key contributions by this study: It involves a larger sample size than most similar studies and subjects who would not just...

New research is challenging traditional workout wisdom, suggesting that lifting lighter weights many times is as efficient as lifting heavy weights for fewer repetitions. It is the latest in a series of studies that started in 2010, contradicting the decades-old message that the best way to...

THIS is one of the most common questions I get from women.
If you read no further the simple answer is … no. So the next question is, do you need it then? The answer to that is not so simple.
Most women want to be lean and fit looking. The misconceptions are that protein, especially powder, is...

Is it possible to work Calves effectively without weights?
I used to wonder if Hill Sprints were a good way to work Calves, wondering if the greater the gradient the more the Soleus is activated. Whereas the flatter the Hill the greater the Gastrocnemius is activated. Bro-science?
