Should progressive overload be done at every training session or should I do a few sessions at a certain weight/reps before upping things? Also how much should the weight go up in percentage terms?

Thinking of trying a comp at the end of the year just for the hell of it and I don't know why really, just think it would be cool to say I did it. Won't come close to being on the podium but guess it gives you a goal to work towards and you can get a total marked off then go try and beat it...

So my test results are 10nmol/L I feel like shit but my doc says they have to be under 6, i think I'd feel like I'm dead at that. Anyone know of a doc in Brisbane?

I'm going to start a cycle of test and sust,I'm a first time and just wondering what dosage I should be taking?I'm currently 88kg in fairly good shape and would like to end up 93 kg or that when I'm all done..i want to try stay lean as possible.I'm thinking going doing a 8 week cycle!any advice...

I'm doing a 4 day split. Mon chest bis Tues back abs Thurs shoulders tris abs Fri legs.
Do you think it makes any difference if I do mon wed fri sun instead?
Ive been lifting for 15 months and am getting painful lower back on my deadlifts... saw a coach who helped me a lot with my form but it still hurts for days afterwards. Also if i do a big squat session i get pain.
