Hey all,
Been getting a bit of a sore lower back post leg day for the last few months, it hasn't been anything major but painful enough to present me with difficulty lifting everyday objects.
By the time I get to my second lot of a deadlifts for the weak the pain is gone, usually lasts 3-4 days...

Hello,
I been seeing all the different kinds of lifting one can do.
Strongman, Powerlifting, Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting and so forth.

Hey,
I been looking at Power racks, squat stands, cast iron plates, benches, barbells etc.
I found Rogue Fitness near where I can go look...
They got an adjustable bench at $1250...
I found Any Faster - They seem really expensive as well.
Whats up with the prices, and whats the point to it...

Hello,
I decided not to go with Bumper plates for my home Gym.
I wont be needing to lift-drop my weights.
Price wise I know I can get Bumper plates (premium quality) for roughly the same cost as Olympic Cast Iron plates.
Because I like the sound of Iron... Reg Park, Arnold Schwarzenegger...

5 weeks ago in my local strongman gym I was doing some deadlifting, I hit a single at 180kg which is 30kg off my PB and felt a pop like a knuckle cracked so I instantly hit the floor and layed still for a few minutes to see how my body reacted, felt ok until I went to move and the pain was that...
Hello...
I live around Sydney and I have started exercising with what I have, just to prove to myself I am going to actually do exercising, not just buy equipment and end up with a $2000 dust collector.
I been looking at the power racks instead of half racks etc for safety performing...

Your challenge, if you sign up, is to make progress updates once a week for 12 weeks. That's it. Simple, right?
You don't have to do amazing things every week, you might have unexpected setbacks, you might even have to put fitness aside while you deal with life stuff for a few weeks. That's all...

Way back in 2005/2006 i use to take this shit pretty regularly (nearly every day) and it worked pretty damn good.
Anyone know what they have taken out of it now? Is it as strong/effective as it use to be? Is there any other metaboliser just as good?
So I was put on a vegan diet years ago due to medical issues. Long story.
Any way I have gained width and weight. 5cm around the waist and 8cm around the booty. Someone suggested that it could be fat from my diet. I am not a food person. I don't really do the calorie thing. So I figured I'd...
