    Replacement pads for safety squat bars

    Picked up a safety squat bar from ebay a while ago, and while the bar is okay, the pads are a bit crappy....just wondering if anyone has recommendations of places that would sell replacement pads? Would love to have pads which wrap around the bar, like the elitefts one...

    squat bar path

    i've noticed that as i descend, the bar moves forward and is not vertical (probably why my quad tendon has been hurting!!). my hips bend first as i try sit back more and it looks like that is moving the bar forward straight away. squatting low bar and i use the nike romaleos 2 shoes as well...
  11. How long did it take you to get to 2.5xBW squat and 3xBW deadlift?

    Started barbell training Dec 2009. Reached the above in June 2013 so 3.5 years. Raw with wraps for squat for me. Sumo deadlift so I guess that is cheating :p Squat 200kg@80kg and deadlift 240kg@80kg. Both at GPC nats 2013.
