are they only worth using if your in the gym 8 hours a day sort of thing?
or are they good for the average person also?

Well theres a dickwad who ALWAYS shoots his mouth off when his drunk or gets aggro. Usually goes on about his car that his "going" to buy (some $100k bmw m3) or his job and how much money he has.
But in reality he lives at home at 29 years old and makes 50-60k a year and drives an old honda...
ok I am concentrating on my triceps, and I am doing the lying tricep extensions, and the dumbbell overhead tricep extension. Currently I am using dumbbells and they are 10 kilos. I really feel it after doing 12 reps.
How many sets should I be doing? I try to do 3 sets, but it kills as it burns...

The coolest place in my house can still get way above the maximum storage temperature of my multivitamins and stuff. Was wondering if they r ok to go in the fridge. Has anyone done this does moister become a problem?
Hi guys,
For 3 years I trained light, then heavier, then heaviest.
Eg. Bench 60kg/10 reps, 70kg/8 reps, 80kg/4 reps.
Recently I flipped it: 80kg/6 reps, 70kg/8 reps., 60kg rep till fail.
I find it much better as you are able to lift the heavy weight straight away as your muscles are not...
