I am a bit of a tight ass when it comes to eating out. Like good food, but only when it is good value.
This thread we can post our favourite eating joints around Australia, so we can check them out on our travels.
I will mention this one:

I think it is best to eat all your carbs at breakfast with minimum fats but approximately 50% of your daily protein. Dinner with largely fats and some protein. And lunch fills out what else you need for the day
To those of you who have bought either a meal plan or work out programme from an online personal trainer/nutritionist, how much did you spend and how did it go?
if you have any before/after pictures you'd like to share from using their programmes then all the better
Hey all
Does anyone know of a gym/place that's open early or late where I can buy prepped meals? Will be travelling there for work for a few weeks so would be good if I could sort out the food situation easily!

How long did it take to work out your schedule? Does your menu change when different fruit is in season? Do you eat the same thing on the same day of the week?
Gday.

Just looking for suggestions on meals that people have used and are pretty simple to knock up.
I'm new to all this and I've heard a lot of stories re the pre comp lead up training etc which can totally wreck your body (& health).

Hey everyone.
I’m 16 years old, 12% bodyfat (Could be more than that, this is at least) and 72 kgs. I’m looking to get into the single-digit body-fat percentage range before Summer starts (2 months away as I live in Australia) so I can get my lower abs showing and so I can feel comfortable...

Just lately I was thinking about what I need to eat if I only had one meal a day and the amount of food that I need to consume would be way too much for me to fit into my gut in one sitting. So I was wondering if anyone has done it and if so what did their meal consists of?

ok, so I get that overall intake is the most important part, however does it matter if someone trains fasted then doesnt eat for 4-5 hours post workout? or does it not matter providing overall protein intake is adequate?
