I want double bw, and 20 reps at 1.5bw
Now what will be the best way to do this , currently i do sets of 5 working reps upping the weight as I feel I can, occ I do a few 1rm to see if my max is getting better, ..not a lot of gains...

I'm curious to know when all of you increase your
weight on a certain exercise?
What I've been doing is once I can lift the last set
comfortably I'd go up 2.5kg - 5kg. For example I
do flat bench press with dumb bells. I do 4 sets and
then a superset at the end for a total of 6 sets.
So...
