If you are going to the gym three days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday and doing mainly compound exercises like is highlighted in the programs mentioned on here. Would it be beneficial to occasionally go the gym on a Tuesday or Thursday if you had the urge and do some isolation/different...

I am new to weightlifting (6 months) and bulking up at the moment. I was just wondering what kind of protein powder i should go for. One with high protein (30gms protein Approx. per serve ) or something which has got heaps of carbs. One i am using now is Body Science's rapid growth...
I just bought 1.050kg of it for 50 bucks... pretty exy. It only works out to be 14 serves. Just wondering if anyone has used it. should i follow the directions - 2 scoops 30 mins before , 4 scoops 20 mins after.

"Warm up squats 20x40kg
1. Regular squats 6, 8, 8, 10, 12 (last time I did the last 12 at 60kg and the first 6 at 65kg)
2. Wide leg squats 6, 8, 8, 10, 12 (same as above)
