Quite simple, when I wanted to lose the kilos, I needed running. I hate running but it worked. Now I know with running comes muscle loss but the question I want to ask does one exceed the other. Basically, will fatloss outstrip muscle loss when running?

Looking for some help to drop some more body fat before I start my first bulk in winter 2014. I was 109kg & 31% BF. My current stats are below;
