Hey guys, Just looking for the best/easiest way to count the calories in food you eat. Do you just look on the side of the box and jot it all down?
Ie: Weetbix + Banana = x amount and then do a daily total?

To cut a long story short, I've started hitting the gym in hopes of bulking up, and lowering my body fat %.
Current Stats:
Weight: 73kg
Body Fat %: Probably 11 to 14% (I've never measured it with calipers, but I can almost see a six-pack => it can't be THAT high....right?)...
Ok here goes, this is my current daily food plan:
1. a choice of porridge cooked in water, no milk (hate the stuff) OR yoghurt with PP & oatbran.
2. brown rice with flaxseed oil.
3. a piece of fruit, usually a banana or nashi.
4. sweet potato boiled or done as falt sliced chips in the...
looking for a great diet that will always keep my stomach full.
i want a diet that will help me put on a little weight gradually.
On a totally unrelated subject is there a way to get taller?

Is running/walking something you can do daily or is it like weightlifting where you shouldn't work out the same muscles 2 days due to rest and development?
Since i'm just starting out i'll mostly be walking and jogging
