I weigh 55kg, 184cm tall, 21 years old. My diet will be 1600 calories, 90g protein. The meal plan I will follow daily is:
meal 1: 4 weetbix, skim milk, 2 eggs
meal 2: Tuna sandwich with glass of milk...
