Think i tweaked a back muscle on Friday last week in the AM. Had to reach low and long to pull something 50 kilos along a shelf.
Not felt anything at all before getting out of the car tonight :(

Let's have a full body thread. Who here trains full body? I always really liked it. There is a big shift lately towards spending a day on each lift and body part splits. I've never grown as much on these types of training though and never got as strong! List some good full body workouts below...

Trying to play back a go pro video on a laptop that has windows xp on it, when I plug the go pro in (via USB cable) I go into the DCIM folder, then into 100GOPRO folder, then into the file (GOPRO134) mp4 file, and the it comes up with 'windows cannot open this file, to open this file windows...
Although a very small and limited trial, I think this is definitely a step in the right direction in opening it up for the use for either cattle grazing 4x4ing, camping, mountain biking etc etc, instead of just locking it up and only letting tree hunggin walkers in which would only see about 1%...
So I came across this squat program the other day, messed me up more than I was expecting. You take 65% of your 1RM Front Squat and do 7 Front Squats and 13 Back Squats with no rest between other than to rack bar on your back x 4 sets.

On the 8th of December i weighed in at 89.9kg, i was fat, there is no other way to say it, i was making great strength gains having squatted 275kg without wraps in single ply, 130kg raw bench etc. on a seefood diet.

Anyone here do both muscle groups on the same day? I was thinking of giving it a go (switching each week whether I start with back or delts).
I would then be able to have a day for biceps triceps alone.

Few weeks ago realised I had done my lower back and gave squats/deadlifts/all lower back/body exercises a miss.
and then just started doing bodyweighted squats and deadlifts. Body felt ok in terms of recovery and last week decided to jump back into deadlifts.
the DL session felt ok...
