well ive just spent a day physically exerting myself and im off to squat and bench in a few hrs and i log on and see this guys mockery disguised as hype and i dont even know him and he hasnt gotten out of 1st gear all day. Who cares. Stiffy you dont know anyone that i know,you arent connected in any way shape or form and you cant even get the fed or date right.That is all.

i specifically requested no hoopla seeing as by the time it rolls around i would of had only 4 months of squats and deadlifts,which you went contrary against. Ill be in the bottom third of masters judging on competition results. Ill put a link up on my facebook in due time.
