Post bench training lunch today was crispy salmon fillet with green veg, salad and carisma potatoes.
So good!
No pics, too hungry.

Now off to make chocolates.

found this new lager, Henninger, imported from Frankfurt, awesome, exclusive to Coles at $35 a slab, bought 5 slabs, bargain.

Can't get into brussel sprouts ayy... I'd eat it but I much rather be eating something else given the choice. I heard it's good for you though lol
 
Have always despised brussels. Bad childhood memories!
Had them when I was in England years ago and they were a lot better than here. Heaps sweeter
