Surely a kunce of your size can bench more than that? Are they big pauses or something?

About 45 is comfortable. Maybe a little more but wouldn't be much.That's fair enough. Benching is my favourite movement, which I guess is why I lift a fair bit for my weight.

Yeah i like that position. Bit behind ya on this one, 104 x 4 or something...but i bench 130 Hehe. Well actually i got no idea what i bench now...hopefully more.About 45 is comfortable
