Given the feeling of my upper body being in traction, I'd say I had one epic bench + assistance session at PTC today.

Squats
was limited to leg extensions and hammie curls after as the PL and strongman crew took over all the deadlift platforms and pretty much everything else.
Yeah, amazingly good.
Thought I would test it out.
Did bar x 20
50 x 10
70 x 5
80 x 3 all good and was fairly easy, then:
90 x 5 for 5 with no pain. Winning.
