Do you have a slightly hunched posture?I usually alternate my focus each week. One week I will start with rows,mthe finish with pull downs, the next will be pull down then rows.
i have a very wide back, but need to correct my posture/ structure to help over tight pecs and front delts, so tend to do more pulling stuff these days.
