Front Squats, giant sets for shoulders, lat pulls, pushups, finish off with some curls to pump dem gunz.....

I normally train around 4-5am on weekdays. But of a weekend a bit later.
Trying to do twice a day (weights once and cardio once) everyday until New Years day.
