If it looks "professional" there's no way it would have been taken with the front camera anyway. They don't have the resolution. May have set it up and put it on a timer, not exactly difficult... Or may have had her client do it for her
I'm hung up on the picture. 1. because it was taken at 10am (or seems to be) and 2. that the picture would be damn hard to take without a second person taking it. The HDR feature is not available on the front facing camera (when you're looking at the screen) and it would be extraordinarily difficult to take it with the regular camera.
You'll get better exposure/contrast using HDR but if it was taken with the low res front camera, it's still going to look like shite... Probably something like a 2mp photo depending on the phone
