oats + soft drink = carb up?

Solo is just what I will take to work.

Saturday morning i'll have acouple cups of oats mixed with peanut butter, honey and choc protein powder...then mid-morning lunch acouple cups of rice/steak/sweet chilli sauce/soya sauce - then cheat meal saturday night.
