What do you guys find is the best method of cardio? I do a lot of running and while it keeps me fit for sports (basketball, football etc) it limits the amount of muscle I can put on.
I still need to keep a level of cardio fitness but would I be better off investing in a rowing machine or something like that as it gives a good upper body workout at the same time? Can someone suggest any other alternatives?
