I feed my chooks layers pellets, seeds, scratch and left over dinner table fat and pet meat daily. Free range and no issues besides foxes. But I dont live in suburbia

Ruger 10/22 with 10 shot rotary magazine, a prohibited firearm in Australia.

Neighbor loses some to foxes every now and then, but has a fox proof chicken coop that they spend the night in.

When I had em foxes would get them if you ever forgot to lock the cage before bed.

Nice rifle, I like the Ruger rifles, have a 77 myself in .222, had it for years, had the 10/22 as well, had to hand it in as part of the Howard gun buy back, shot plenty of foxes with it in it's day.

Beyond blurry but you can see the abs are coming through better. Top two abs are more separated and there is a nice canal between them now. 70kg carb depleted, still a little bloated but less so

If I hold the phone with two hands it's stable it seems. Although not as good a pic
Progress is pretty fucking slow but I am trying to gain strength as well. I really can't wait until this competition is over I will do something completely different in training for a few months. Some bodybuilding type work maybe. I feel like I want to do more rep work, fed up of maxing all the time
