Cut back to one serve per day of about 50-60gms depending on what is required to meet macros.

Usually only have to one shake pre training and eat after my training, not training days dont do shakes.
WellYou said you have a shake pre training and you eat after training.. but then you said you don't do shakes on training days.. OOHH non-training days, you don't do shakes!
No worriesIs that because you don't think you need as much protein on non-training days?
Just remember your body grows/ muscles repair on off days.
