comp squat 150. hit it in training a few weeks back but have since dropped 4kg.
and 102.5 paused bench.
First time testing 1rms
Barbell squat (atg) - 115.8kg
Barbell bench press (paused) - 84.8kg
Barbell deadlift - 144.6kg
