Bigger arms & Chest

How are you measuring your arms, straight down extended out or curled but not tensed?

I have measurments for both. The 13.5-14 was curled but not flexed. I only gain half an inch by flexing though.....

I just re-measured, 14.7inch curled, unflexed, same bodyweight.

Who cares what they measure? Do you like what you see in the mirror? That's all that counts. A 17" arm with low bodyfat will look 100 times better than a 20" fat arm.

No I don't like what I see in the mirror that's why I want them abit more bigger

These posts of yours are 10 days apart, so you grew 1/2" in 10 days, sure bro! At this rate, you will have 20" arms by mid-October, not the end of the year, congrats!
