I will take this as a serous question.

Without equal incline dumbbell curls are king.
The only bicep exercise that allows the bicep a full stretch in the bottom position.
Larry Scott swore by them and quite often did no other bicep curls.
Larry had some of the best guns in the business.

Which ones are most transferable to powerlifting/strongman lol?

Can't remember the last time I did a curl of any description . . .

Pisses me off how this forum you got the bbuilders then the powerlifters. The powerlifters think the bodybuilders are all wrong, just letting everyone know bodybuilding and powerlifting are two different approaches.

No curling this n that, I do a split routine in a 5 - 8 rep range thats getting me results and I don't squat, bench and deadlift in the same session 3 times a week, you mad or you mad?

If your not mad, I do barbell and dumbell curls. Enjoy!

This is the one thing I do like using, it's the best.

I had it in my mind first, but when I typed them out I stoopidly went for that non-alternating dumbbell one (WTF is that btw?) and then forgot.

Sorry incline curl lovers.....don't know how to change poll options.

Whoa!!!

The magic of the Internet.

Canadian curl (tea kettle, broom & ice rink) has now magically been replaced by incline dumbbell curl.

Good work David Copperfield-Shrek.

I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore.

settle down mate haha :) we are well aware that they are very different approaches to lifting, 1 is for strength, the other is for looks, we respect each others approach, and really who gives? no need to go off about it.
