whats your fav thing to eat upon wakening

Chocolate but I don't generally have it for breakfast.

Sometimes nothing but love me a protein wrap with tuna salad and lots of chilli.

- Melt in microwave for 30-50 sec

Mix in a cup or so of rolled oats and a scoop or 2 of choc protein powder

- leave in the freezer for 15-20 mins

- eat....fucking one of my fav meals....

Used to make something pretty similar. Was good, might get back on to it.
 
Absolute favourite thing, a nice coffee, can't stomach too much else first thing when waking, may be some bacon and eggs after a having been up for at least two hours.

Must say there are some extremely un usual and vile breakfast options here, Microwave Pizza I would eat at no time ever, Meat and potatoes (roast), or Tuna Salad, for BF....I feel ill at just the thought of it. Chocolate anything for breakfast would have me throwing up in a flash:p

Can't believe people have these as a serious option for breakfast.

This sounds interesting, not sure I could actually eat it with the chocolate powder first thing, may be for mid morning snack a few hours after my coffee...
 
I have always had a decent breakfast.
I grew up having weet bix and had them for about 20 years.

The last few years have been either oats,banana, honey ,milk and protein blended together.
Or 7 eggs, 2 whole made in a omelette with spinich on toast.
But my all time favourite is traditional bacon and eggs which I really don't have that often anymore.
