Great arse and legs, yes I've heard this.

Unfortunately I'm still on the weightloss train and I really have no arse to speak of. Even when I was slim, I really have no bum. Which is terribly sad. But my arse genes were defective obviously.

I do wonder if I can spend some time trying to build the glutes - I would like an arse. It'll never be a round peachy arse, but SOME arse is better than none! lol

deadlifts, squats, hyper extensions, sldl and the list goes on

I've just lost alot of weight, it's time to add strength training and weights into the mix to try and tone this softness up. Arse is on the radar, although I don't hold out much hope.

I may not ever have much of an arse...but I swear you'll be able to bounce a coin off it in the end, regardless of it's lack of....roundness? lol

squats make you sure go deep to get more glute activation.

Are you currently lifting weights?
