Having 2 bars is great, (2 Olympic + 2 standard). I can do super and giant sets without fear of kunce getting in the way. Home gym rock...A brand new one devoid of members will be awesome too.
 
I'm gonna kack myself if everytime you go in there it's packed out and every kunce is trying to run a circuit

more squat racks than bench presses, great plate loaded leg press, hammer strength plate loaded pull downs and rows, bumper plates and FREE, im pretty luck at the minute.
 
Been going to my gym for 12 years. Love it so much I bought it just this week and start operating it on Monday. Not sure why I like it so much, I think it's the atmosphere and the hardcore style - no aircon no silly machines (well last owner added a couple but they're gone Monday) and the 20 years of blood and sweat that's been shed in there :)
