4 eggs ,2 slices of toast 1 piece of cheese for breakfast, iced chocolate mid afternoon, 1 peanut butter sandwich mid afternoon, baked punkin/potato , steamed beans/corn, 1/4 family pie 2 pieces of garlic bread

a baked sweet potato with bbq sauce and some jerky
choc/coconut banana protein ice cream
.5kg baked pumpkin, .5kg Moroccan marinated chicken breast
oats with cocoa, choc protein powder, cinnamon, berries and Japanese peanut cream
600g of strawberry yoghurt and a banana (that was 4am when I was hungry though haha)
 
Salmon, carrots, habanero sauce
Toast with almond butter and raspberries
Dark choc coffee beans

1/4 Portuguese bbq chicken
potato, radicchio and tomatoes with EVOO

1/2 Mixed Berry Proton bar

Looking forward to BACON tonight and then I'm making a rhubarb dessert thing for mum's birthday Day 1 (goes for 2 days)
 
Fresh apple, carrot, orange and lemon juice. 420g rice cream
70g whey shake.
2 wholemeal pita pockets with 250g chicken thigh, lettuce and mayo.
60g whey shake.
250g chicken thigh, 125g brown rice, broccoli.
McChamp burger and fries. Sue me.
