At least 10km of cardio (walking) around Ho Chi Minh City. All you can find to eat in the mornings are croissants and baguettes; damn French influence. So plenty of carb loading before cardio. I need to find somewhere that can cook up omelettes to go on the breads as the meat everywhere looks suspect.

I also need a pre workout to amp me up to cross the road. Shit's crazy. I'll get a photo of it.

It's just a continuous stream of traffic with no gaps. You just need to brace yourself and walk out like you're more important than them.

Btw, found the local gym. Vietnam, do you even lift?

What do I look like? Shit at the moment.

............ too much info ..........................

I'm currently 116kg (with clothes and shoes on) at 6'1.5 and prolly 20% bf, so a bit of a mess due to the last few years being inconsistent with training.

Sorry, can't provide pics as I have tats and enemies on this forum lol.

while i respect your weight, at 20% you've really let yourself go..

i saw lee priest face to face at the shops yesterday. dude was the only solid person ive seen in a VERY long time. everyone is just bro kunce.

and he locked eyes with me, in a nice way, but i was too star struck to say anything.

el stiffy, we all have excuses, thats life mate. i work constant 12hr night shifts, thats my excuse for not competing...

You do your chins / pull-downs on different days I assume. How do you incorporate them?
I usually alternate my focus each week. One week I will start with rows, mthe finish with pull downs, the next will be pull down then rows.

i have a very wide back, but need to correct my posture/ structure to help over tight pecs and front delts, so tend to do more pulling stuff these days.
