thinking a bit of full body today

Front Squats, giant sets for shoulders, lat pulls, pushups, finish off with some curls to pump dem gunz.....
 
That's early. Do you get up early or stay up late for whatever reason?

I normally train around 4-5am on weekdays. But of a weekend a bit later.

Trying to do twice a day (weights once and cardio once) everyday until New Years day. :eek:

No way in hell I could get up that early, let alone train.

I'm gonna start twice per day soon.
Morning cardio and weights arvo, but I'm gonna wait until after Xmas.

I'm currently 116kg (with clothes and shoes on) at 6'1.5 and prolly 20% bf, so a bit of a mess due to the last few years being inconsistent with training.

Sorry, can't provide pics as I have tats and enemies on this forum lol.

Anyways, so I'm supposed to be doing [MENTION=6722]Bazza20[/MENTION]; Squat, Bench, Deads, Presses program without a days rest each morning and cardio of an evening.


Been getting lazy so I've just been doing the weights then doing some cardio after the weights. D.Y. would not approve.

Must have drunk 8 litres of Milk this week, fark. Bazza's influence maybe running to deep.
