Les Mills Body Pump tonight. Time to bench press 30kg and do stepping lunges with the people scared of the weight room.

It's true. More than 5 guys to a class would be a record breaker. The thing is most guys would benefit from doing a Pump class. High intensity and really hits your muscles in a different way if you're going heavy enough. Some of the chicks in the class would put most guys to shame too.

I would probably be too 'distracted' to really get any physical benefit from the session... other than a boner ;)

Shoulders today.

left shoulder still dodgy, but moved for first time onto free weight behind neck military press.

i know this movement is bad for the shoulder, but is really the only movement that I can feel all three heads working.

Kept it relatively light and did 60kgs working sets of 12 reps, then heaps of high rep sets at 40kgs for a pump/burn.

Heavy squat and hammy day.
Will commence about 5.30, that's when the phone calls usually drop away.

Not sure if I'm gonna take a rest day or smash Pecs and Biceps this evening. Had a 14 hour shift yesterday so I'll see how I'm feeling after work :)
