What annoys you most about the fitness industry?

Those worthless workout equipment.

One example is this shake weight thing! I laugh my ass off at every one of the commercials I see for these things. Its a waste of money.

Watch this extremely well-built man keep control of this out of control dumbbell. It’s too funny that they advertise this shake thing and saying you will get ripped with this! :D

People who call themselves power lifters/body builders but have never/will compete.

Any wide vs. narrow squat, high bar vs. low bar, arch vs. non arch, raw vs. equipped, westside vs. whatever system, discussions.

People walking around critiquing everyone else's lifts. Do what works for you and stop frikken worrying about how everyone else trains.
 
1. A lot has been INTO fitness lately but do not really take it seriously. Just want to FOLLOW THE TREND.

2. Everyone thinks that supplements are the ones that makes muscular people muscular.

3. The second on the list is actually true. People are relying more on supps and steroids.
