I've cracked more knuckles than Margaret Thatcher put poor people on the streets, had pins and screws inserted in one hand, had broken wrists, if you're going to throw it throw it right, sounds like you might be hooking wrong. Humans weren't designed to throw punches without wraps and gloves.
After about a week or so the pain goes when lifting ....... also found the heavier I deadlift the stronger my hands (and bones in hands) become and the less boxing injuries I get. Aren't you 6'0 and 58kg or something.
